Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within two days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after two days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping and delivering the product. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. Return Policy: 1- You can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt. 2- In case of an error on our part and you received a product with a manufacturing defect, error, or shortage, we will bear all resulting costs. 3- The products to be returned should be in their original condition without removing the stickers on the products and should be wrapped in the original packaging and unused. 4- The consumer bears the cost of shipping, which is 25 riyals if he wants to return.
